The Retreats Unlimited/Wild Wellness retreat will be led by Gwen Lawrence. Lawrence is the yoga coach for, among many professional athletes and celebrities, the NFL’s NY Giants. Gwen is also a partner in Yoga is My Gym “YMG”.

The YMG Retreat will challenge the body with Power and Flow classes, and quiet the mind with Restorative yoga and meditation. There is also time for horseback riding, spa time and excursions into Canyon Country on foot or by ATV.

The program includes 4 days/3 night’s accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, shuttle service to and from the airport, all taxes and gratuities, two excursions and a daily gift bag.  An Early Bird Promotion is available until October 3, 2016 for $2,762/double occupancy and $3188/single occupancy. The retreat does not include airfare, but flights can be booked through Retreats Unlimited.
