There’s something special about fall in the South. The changing seasons, cozy gatherings, festive celebrations, and opportunities to create beautiful memories make this one of my favorite times of the year. This season brought another exciting opportunity as I appeared on Alabama’s 42 News to share Halloween treats and seasonal entertaining inspiration!
A Little Southern Hospitality
One thing I love about fall entertaining is that it doesn’t have to be complicated to feel special.
Whether you’re hosting a gathering, celebrating Halloween with family, or preparing snacks for a fall football weekend, thoughtful details can make everyday moments special.
During my television segment, we highlighted festive treats and simple ways to bring a little seasonal fun to the table. For me, entertaining is about more than food. It’s about creating an atmosphere where people feel welcomed, celebrated, and connected.

Fall Fashion Meets Television Style
Of course, I couldn’t talk about this experience without mentioning fashion! For my television appearance, I wore a vibrant pink look that brought a fresh pop of color to the traditional fall setting.
While autumn fashion often features warm browns, burgundy, camel, and olive green, I love incorporating unexpected colors into my seasonal wardrobe. My fall style philosophy? Wear what makes you feel confident, polished, and authentically yourself.
A beautiful statement color can be just as appropriate for fall as a traditional neutral.
Embracing New Seasons and Opportunities
Beyond the festive treats and fashion, this television appearance reminded me of something important: every season offers opportunities to grow, share your gifts, and embrace new experiences.
As a public relations strategist, content creator, and lifestyle personality, I enjoy opportunities that allow me to connect with audiences through storytelling, fashion, and everyday living. I’m especially excited about continuing to explore lifestyle conversations and creative storytelling through THE WEST EDIT.
