Teen Vogue will host it’s Back-To-School Saturdays event at Arundel Mills Mall on Saturday, August 8, 2015 from 1 – 4 p.m.  I grew up reading Teen Vogue; getting all of my makeup and fashion tips right before school started.  I will forever be a fan!
