Palmer’s Coconut Oil Formula – Product Review

Palmer’s has a new formula for skin care enthusiast!  They’ve expanded beyond the cocoa butter ingredient and infused a new product line with coconut oil.

There are so many benefits to using coconut oil such as anti-aging and anti-viral properties.  This natural ingredient smells great and works on all skin-types.  I decided to review the new Palmer’s Coconut Oil Formula due to my personal use of the oil substance.  My results are below:

Product Review – 

  1. The Coconut Oil Formula smells amazing!
  2. My face, hands, legs, and feet received an instant natural glow.
  3. The texture blends nicely on the skin’s surface.  This is not a greasy substance!
  4. After application, the formula doesn’t easily stain other objects.
  5. Palmer’s Coconut Oil Formula gives an appearance of skin rejuvenation through the it’s natural agents.

The product line also come in various sizes (and quantities) which helps small skin care touch-ups.  For example, I keep the Coconut Oil Hand Cream in my purse to moisturizer the cuticles.  It’s also stated to have No Dyes, Sulfates, Mineral Oil, Parabens, and Gluten.

On a scale of one to ten, I give the Palmer’s Coconut Oil Formula a TEN and suggest everyone try this product for their summer beauty regimen!

Global Beauty Masters Finale Clips | TLC

“Global Beauty Masters” that airs on Monday, April 25th on TLC at 11am EST/PST, and will also be airing on Thursday, April 21st on Discovery Life at 6pm EST/PST and on Tuesday, April 26th on Discovery Life at 11am EST/PST.

3.  Acne at our age?  Yes, some chemo treatments can cause acne on the face and scalp. Even if you suffered from acne before, take another look at your old acne ointments. They usually contain salicylic acid, retinol, benzoyl peroxide and other harsh ingredients that further dry and irritate skin. 4.  SPF should become more than just an afterthought:  Although SPF is used in the summer outdoors, it should become a priority when in treatment. Chemo skin is super sensitive, especially to sun exposure which can cause lasting damage even in the winter. Wear sunscreen whenever you go out, and protect your skin with UV-protective clothing (hats, gloves, long sleeves). With skincare and beauty products, choosing an SPF version is best.  While it can be overwhelming to find products that are safe on skin and look and smell great, asking your doctor or a friend who has been through treatment is the best way to receive a referral. 5.  Fingernail care:  Some chemo drugs can cause finger and toenail damage. They become dry, cracked and may start lifting up. Apply cuticle balm and lots of hand cream. Mascara Favorites for Reasonable Price – Top Three Brands

Can we talk about the use of mascara?  I’ve discussed on this website my obsession with the product due to having small eyes.  After months of testing various wands, I want to share my top three favorite brands.  All of the products featured are under the price of $25.00 and can be picked up at any beauty store.

This is the ultimate mascara and has nothing to do with the great price!  After visiting numerous Youtube videos, a fellow vlogger shared her love for this mascara.  I decided to test it out for myself and discovered that my eyes looked amazing without faux lashes.  Maybelline Lash Sensational can be purchased everywhere from Target to Rite-Aide.

LOreal Voluminous Superstar was second in demand.  This particular mascara has a two-step process for any makeup enthusiast.  Start with the primer on your lashes for volume and apply the super-lifting mascara.  My lashes appeared much longer with the use of this brand.

Elizabeth Arden Grand Entrance

Elizabeth Arden Grand Entrance was sent for a product review.  This mascara made the list because the wand is small which decreases clumps, flakes, or smudges.  The Elizabeth Arden brand is a bit more expensive but does yield amazing results.

Loreal Root Cover Up – Beauty Tip

Let’s have a realistic conversation about our hair and color system.  Personally, I am not 18 years old and have perfectly colored roots.  Over the last few years I have noticed a few strands that are not pleasing to the eye (smile.)  We can’t turn back the hands of time but we can definitely select a product that will benefit our beauty routine.
