FashionEasta 2015 – Harbor East Fashion Show Recap

Harbor East hosted it’s annual show titled FashionEasta on Saturday, April 25th, 2015. The purpose of the event was to showcase local boutiques, cuisine, and cocktails. There was live music by Full Tilt, Jon Boesche, and Super Bueno; guests also had the opportunity to partake in a photo booth from Baltimore Magazine.

Styling for the FashionEasta Show was provided by Stephanie Bradshaw, Inc. and retailers included Free People, Under Armour Brand House, White House Black Market, Christopher Schafer Clothier, Lululemon Athletica, Handbags in the City, Amaryllis Handcrafted Jewelry, City Sports, Sassanova, Under Armour Brand House, and South Moon Under. Featured Models where Justin Tucker from The Baltimore Ravens, Sharon Gibala with CBS Baltimore, Emily Gracey with Fox 45, George Lettis with WBAL TV, and Michael Owen with Baltimore Love Project.

Street – Side Harbor East Restaurants included Apropores, Gordon Biersch, Lebanese Taverna, The Oceanaire Seafood Room, Taco Fiesta.

I enjoyed attending FashionEasta 2015; the music was upbeat, models entertaining, and love my FashionEasta shopping tote. I also noticed a few items from the show that I’m interested in purchasing! How could I forget that Preakness and Black Eyed Susan Day’s coming up soon.

From my experience with Motions Treat & Repair products, the shampoo helps to retain moisture without completely drying out my hair. The conditioner works wonders (after washing) making my hair much softer than before. I also want to share that both products smell great throughout my wash and a few days afterwards. It was clear that a professional product was used on my tresses.

FashionEASTA Baltimore: Justin Tucker Returns to Harbor East’s Fashion Show

BALTIMORE, MD (April 2, 2015) – Harbor East is excited to announce that Baltimore Raven Justin Tucker will return to the FashionEASTa runway for the fourth annual Harbor East Fashion Show, taking place on Saturday, April 25. Tucker made his debut on the catwalk at the 2013 FashionEASTa event and has since become both a Super Bowl Champion and a newlywed! Tucker will model looks from several Harbor East retailers, showing off the best of the district’s spring menswear collections.

FashionEASTa: The Fashion Show is Baltimore’s biggest style event, running from 1-6PM on Aliceanna Street in the heart ofHarbor East’s shopping district. This celebration of all things chic features in-store sales and shopping events, live entertainment from Full Tilt, Super Bueno and DJ Jon Boesche of MIX 106.5, as well as street-side cocktails and light fare from Harbor East restaurants including: Apropoe’s, Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, Lebanese Taverna, The Oceanaire and Taco Fiesta.

The festivities culminate with a showcase of the best of spring fashion as the hottest looks hit the runway for the FashionEasta Fashion Show at 3:30PM, hosted by Baltimore magazine Style Editor Hilary Geisbert with appearances by FOX 45’s Emily Gracey and WJZ’s Sharon Gibala. The month of March has been very busy for Style + Life + Fashion. Aside from sharing great information for readers, I have hosted three lifestyle segments on WBAFF Fox 45 News Station.

Queenstown Premium Outlets Easter Egg Hunt

Baltimore-area premium outlet center hosts Easter Egg Hunt for shoppers and their families

Queenstown, Md. – Hop down to Queenstown Premium Outlets for this egg-citing event! The Queen Anne’s County shopping destination is hosting its third annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 4 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Children twelve and under are invited to make their way around the center to receive prize-filled eggs from stores with an egg decal in their front windows. Select eggs will have egg-tra special prize coupons in them redeemable in-store.

City Sports: Fashionable and Functional Fitness Options

Purchasing quality clothing can be detrimental to a fitness or lifestyle enthusiasts wardrobe. One needs to own performance wear that’s breathable, durable, and water repellant. Those are only a few qualities that shoppers can find when visiting City Sports for apparel or footwear.

City Sports recently opened a store in Rockville, MD. In addition to providing athletic gear for any workout, they also offer boot camps and run clubs at each location, connecting community members with similar athletic interests.

I received a package from the company with core run tights, full zip jacket, and lifestyle top. My first reaction was to jumpstart my fitness plan for the new year. I was successful in grabbing a quick workout before picking up the kids and look fashionable on the treadmill.

Although we’re between seasons, the full zip jacket was successful in keeping me warm with the lifestyle top underneath. I added my faux fur vest to the look for a “breath of style” after leaving the gym and running errands.
