The Real Talk Show has become one of my favorite guilty pleasures. All of the cast members have wonderful personalities, topics are on target with today’s new woman, and they “keep it real!” Each day there’s a different surprise and we can’t forget about the fashion and beauty tips.

Last week I hosted a lifestyle segment on Let’s Talk Live DC, sharing tips on eco – friendly home essentials. The products discussed where Zabada Cleaning Products, Coyuchi Bedding and Linens, Soni Clean VT Vacuum, Rowenta Iron, and TFal Cooking Pan.
Having an eco – friendly home is very important because it helps to eliminate harmful chemicals in the air and the use of excess energy. It’s New York Fashion Week and what does that mean? We are taking selfies with our smart phone; asking our girlfriends, “how do I look” or searching for a mirror in our handbags. Kim Kardashian gave a “wow” factor when she appeared at the GQ Woman of The Years Awards wearing a stunning two piece dress. The design is actually a fitted latex bodysuit (Atsuko Kudo) and beaded skirt with a fishtail train from Ralph & Russo.
