Victoria’s Secret X Balmain Paris – Exclusive Collection Available On November 29th

Victoria’s Secret announces a limited-edition capsule collection: VSxBALMAIN.  Olivier Rousteing, the Creative Director from the historic Parisian fashion house, has designed an offering that looks to the sexy, modern silhouette that Victoria’s Secret is known for, while incorporating Balmain’s instantly identifiable style. The collection builds upon the house’s couture legacy while reflecting the way women want to dress today.

The collaboration marks the first time that the lingerie retailer has partnered with a luxury brand to create an exclusive collection. Rousteing has also designed a section for the 2017 VICTORIA’S SECRET FASHION SHOW, which will debut on the runway this November. The exclusive VSxBALMAIN capsule collection will feature looks from the runway and will be carried in select Victoria’s Secret stores and on VictoriasSecret.com, beginning November 29th.

WHAT:               Carine Roitfeld and Hearst Magazines celebrated the launch of CR Fashion Book Issue 10 along with their new partnership. CR Fashion Book Issue 10, now part of the newly formed CR Fashion Book Ltd. led by president, Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld, is the first issue to be produce by PubWorX, a joint venture between Hearst Magazines and Condé Nast, which is now managing printing, production and distribution services for the biannual CR Fashion Book in print. Hearst Magazines Digital Media is CR Fashion Book’s digital publishing partner, providing technical platform, audience development and all aspects of revenue generation across owned and social platforms

On stands now, the issue features dual covers with Paris Jackson and Halima Aden, both shot by Mario Sorrenti. In tandem, CR Men’s Book featured artist Gucci Mane on its cover shot by Terry Richardson. This marks the first-ever fashion covers for all three stars. The theme of the highly-anticipated issue is Paris, chosen by editor in chief Carine Roitfeld, as it is the city that defines and inspires her the most. Roitfeld imagined this issue as a love letter to Paris, to show that the vitality of the city has not been lost and the fantasy lives on. Roitfeld pulled inspiration for this issue from non-Parisians to capture the outsiders’ perspective of the city.
