Covergirl Super Sizer Mascara and Intensify Me Liquid Eyeliner

I have always been a fan of Covergirl cosmetics.  Their brand embodies the stylish, care-free beauty guru. She’s the girl next door wearing a bold nail color and likes to purchase an eyeshadow quad for a reasonable price!

The latest product to join the Covergirl Collection is the Super Sizer by LashBlast® Mascara and Intensify Me! Liquid Eyeliner by LashBlast.  I received both products from the company and could not wait to start using them.

If you’re a consistent reader of this site and follow my Instagram account, you’re aware of my battle to intensify the eye area.  I am constantly seeking quality products to enhance my eyelashes and top lid.

Style + Life + Fashion Review –

Number one, the Super Sizer by LashBlast Mascara has an amazing small wand that enables the mascara to grasp every lash.  This gives volume and it’s a waterproof product.  We’re traveling to the beach or hanging out by the pool and that doesn’t mean we can’t look fabulous!

Number two, the Liquid Eyeliner by LashBlast has a really cool tip…it’s actually flat.  That’s important because beauty girls can draw an accurate line on their top lid.  The liner is also sensitive to the eyes which is very important this time of the year.

The Review –

I started with my weekly manicure and decided to wear the LadyBird Nail Lacquer.  The color was true to shade (of what’s shown in the bottle) and had a high gloss.  It also paints nicely and lasted for a few days.  I was pleased with the results of my manicure.

The butter London Lip Crayon was amazing; an unexpected surprise.  The crayon was extremely soft, gorgeous color, and the top is actually a pencil sharpener.  I like to apply makeup daily so this makes my process faster; simply open the top and sharpen your lip crayon.

How often do we purchase an eye pencil and the color’s difficult to apply.  In my case, I like to wear black eyeliner to open my eyes because that’s the shade of my lashes.  The Wink Eye Pencil (again) was easy to use and provided a beautiful line.  Here’s a tip, when using a good eye pencil there’s no need to heat the top of the pencil!

The last goodie in my package was the Mega Volume Mascara.  This mascara has a unique wand with a small ball at the end for your bottom lashes.  Aside from the fact my lashes received a “mega” boost, my bottom lashes gained volume as well.

My favorite product for this month was the Jaqua Hand Creme – does a wonderful job moisturizing the hands and cuticles; this product also smells lovely. The glitter polish is a nice addition to any manicure, with small hearts included in the lacquer.

Spa Sonic Pro Skin Care System – Product Review and Holiday Deals

For the last three years I have made an attempt to purchase a Spa Sonic Pro Skin Care System.  This professional face and body polisher was a priority because I’ve seen wonderful results in magazines and blogs.  To my surprise (and excitement) I was able to test this product for the first time last night!

I opened the package and received a total of 5 attachments that connects to the waterproof device.  As previously stated, yes…this product is waterproof and can be used in the shower, bath, or sink.  The Spa Sonic Pro Skin Care System was a major plus (and not just because this is a product review) for various reasons.  Number one, the speed of the skin care system was appropriate for use on your face, legs, or feet.  Number two, its battery operated which means there’s no need to charge the device prior to use.  Number three, the size of the Spa Sonic Skin Care System is suitable and not heavy in weight.

Three Beauty Rituals You Should Continue Year Round

Let’s face it, now that the motivation of tiny bikinis and warm summer afternoons has passed, our normal beauty routine tends fall behind.
